• جميع المنتجات تُنفذ حسب الطلب
• جميع المبيعات نهائية لا استرجاع ولا استبدال ولا استرداد
• تعديل واحد فقط خلال 30 يوم
• يجب الإبلاغ خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام
• أي تعديل بسبب خطأ في المقاسات يتحمله العميل بالكامل+ رسوم التوصيل
• لا يمكن الإلغاء أو التعديل بعد بدء التنفيذ
• قد يطرأ اختلاف بسيط في اللون أو الخامة
• رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترجاع
• المتجر غير مسؤول عن تأخير الشحن
• عدم الاستلام يسقط حق الاسترجاع
• إتمام الطلب يعني الموافقة على الشروط
• تخضع الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات
• جميع الملابس تفصيل لذلك لايمكن استرجاعها
• التوصيل اما قبل رمضان او العيد حسب الاتفاق
• لا يوجد تاريخ محدد لكثرة الضغط
• عدم قراءة الشروط والاحكام لايعفيكم من المسؤوليه
• يتم اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات القانونيه في حالة سوء التعامل والالفاظ النابيه والقول الغير لائق واي لفظ او اتهام يمس الشركه او صاحب الشركه ولن يتم ارجاع العربون او االتساهل قانونيا نهائيا
• حق العميل محفوظ حسب الطلب
• وحق التاجر محفوظ قانونيا حسب الشروط والاحكام
• جميع الملابس تفصيل لذلك لايمكن استرجاعها
• التوصيل اما قبل رمضان او العيد حسب الاتفاق ولا يوجد تاريخ محدد لكثرة الضغط
• نرجو قراءة الشروط والاحكام منعا للاحراج
• سوف يتم اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات القانونيه في حالة سوء التعامل والالفاظ النابيه ولن يتم التساهل ابدا

• All products are made to order.
• All sales are final – no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
• Only one alteration is allowed within 30 days.
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Any alteration due to incorrect measurements provided by the client will be fully charged to the client + delivery fees.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
• Minor differences in color or fabric may occur.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• The store is not responsible for shipping delays.
• Failure to receive the order results in loss of return rights.
• Completing the order means full acceptance of the terms & conditions.
• These terms are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• All garments are custom-made, therefore non-returnable.
• Delivery will be before Ramadan or Eid as agreed, with no fixed date due to high demand.
• There is no guaranteed delivery date due to pressure and workload.
• Failure to read the terms & conditions is not our responsibility.
All legal actions will be taken in case of misconduct, offensive language, defamation, or false accusations against the company or its owner.
No tolerance or legal leniency will be granted, and no deposits will be refunded under any circumstances.
• The customer’s rights are protected according to the order.
• The merchant’s rights are legally protected under the terms & conditions.
